Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of customer journeys across Back Market’s website and mobile applications, from discovery and purchase to delivery, return, and after-sales service.
• Contribute to the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of Customer Journey experiments, including A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives.
• Help formulate analytical hypotheses, define success metrics, analyze experiment results, and identify actionable recommendations.
