Senior Software Engineer (Core AI Services)

Responsibilities

• Drive feature implementation from design to production, taking ownership of code quality, performance, and system reliability.
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Proficiency in using modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate daily engineering workflows
• Strong knowledge of securing APIs (OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC) and implementing data privacy best practices

Requirements

• This role is ideal for an engineer with a genuine passion for keeping up with the latest AI engineering patterns and practices, eager to translate emerging tech into reliable, enterprise-ready software
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams across distributed global R&D locations
• 5–8+ years of software engineering experience across the full stack, with strong expertise in cloud-native backend development (.NET C# a plus)

Hands-on experience with containerized deployments in Kubernetes

• Proven ability to mentor colleagues and elevate team code quality
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of analysing complex technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, versioning, testing, and full lifecycle management
