Requirements

• Deep understanding of modern web application development, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent coding and debugging skills across multiple programming languages
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-performing teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in an engineering setting
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to inspire and drive change
• Proven track record of managing engineering metrics, including team velocity, delivery commitments, and code quality
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in software development, architecture, or related fields
• Successful in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience in writing maintainable, well-tested, and reliable code, along with a strong focus on engineering best practices
