Recruiting Coordinator

Experience supporting university recruiting or internship programs

Responsibilities

• You will manage scheduling, candidate communication, and travel arrangements, while also supporting the hiring team and maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Coordination of interview logistics, panel alignment, and feedback collection.
• Management of scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, and travel arrangements.
• Maintenance of accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitoring pipelines, and preparing candidate status reports.

Requirements

• 1+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (tech or manufacturing environment preferred)
• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A team-first mindset, flexibility, and eagerness to contribute to a mission-driven organization

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Workspace)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate care
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Experience in fast-paced start-up environments
