Senior Software Engineer (Backend (Identity International))

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer (Backend - Identity International). In this role, you will help shape the technical direction of the team, design across system boundaries, and advocate for technical investments. You will also raise code quality and review standards, reduce toil, and take ownership of quarterly goals. Additionally, you will support operations and availability of the team's artifacts, foster a culture of quality and ownership, and develop talent on the team. Responsibilities

• Contribuer à la définition de la direction technique de l'équipe, à la traduction des objectifs de l'équipe en projets concrets et à l'identification des risques et des opportunités.

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale using languages like Python or Kotlin

Requirements

• Track record of developing highly available distributed systems using technologies like AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes
• Experience defining a technical plan for the delivery of a significant feature or system component with an elegant, simple and extensible design. Write high quality code that is easily understood and used by others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that support effective collaboration with a global engineering team
