Join Deloitte as a Digital Close Consultant, where you will assist in the implementation of digital close solutions to improve financial close processes. You will support finance transformation projects, work closely with client teams, help configure digital finance tools, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance process efficiency. This position is open to remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Assister à la mise en œuvre de solutions de clôture numérique, y compris BlackLine, Redwood, Workiva et OneStream, pour améliorer les processus de clôture financière.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or a similar role, with exposure to digital finance solutions.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, including financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience with digital close tools such as BlackLine, Redwood, OneStream, or other similar platforms.
  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and its potential applications in finance is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Basic project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest finance technology trends and best practices.

Preferred

  • Exposure to Digital Close solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems and ERP integrations.
  • Knowledge of data analytics. AI-driven automation tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to financial regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
