FP&A Manager

As an FP&A Manager, you will play a central role in driving financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and capital insight across the company. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to shaping strategic decisions and long-term financial direction.

• Manage and co-lead core planning and forecasting processes across the P&L, including premium, outwards reinsurance, loss ratios, commission and investment returns.
• Produce, enhance and continually improve management reporting and financial insight provided to Executive Committee members, shareholders and senior stakeholders.
• Lead analysis to improve capital efficiency within the planning process, assessing how business growth, portfolio mix, loss ratios, reinsurance structures and expenses influence capital utilisation and returns.
