Join Robinhood as a People Partner, where you'll be the first dedicated HR partner in the UK, supporting senior leaders and teams across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, navigate complex international People matters, and project manage people initiatives. This role requires strong judgment, the ability to bring frameworks to ambiguity, and the independence to make sound calls where the playbook is still being written.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience, including significant time as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent supporting senior leaders
• Business judgment that connects talent and organizational decisions directly to business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience supporting multinational client groups across multiple countries or regions
• Credibility and confidence as a strategic advisor to senior executives — able to challenge, influence, and coach leaders effectively
• Analytical skills to combine data, business context, and judgment to diagnose problems and develop recommendations
• Project management experience bringing partners together from ambiguity through implementation
