Join Septeo, a leading European software company, as a Senior DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will design and evolve the cloud infrastructure that powers our multi-tenant SaaS ecosystem, improve CI/CD pipelines, ensure high availability and performance, and implement DevSecOps best practices. You will work with AWS and/or Azure, manage containerized workloads, and collaborate closely with backend engineers. This is an opportunity to be part of a collective international project and contribute to the transformation of the group in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diseñar y evolucionar la infraestructura en la nube que potencia nuestro ecosistema SaaS multi-tenant.
  • Mejorar las tuberías de CI/CD, la experiencia del desarrollador y la automatización del despliegue.
  • Asegurar la alta disponibilidad, el rendimiento y la visibilidad en tiempo real a través de sistemas distribuidos.
  • Automation-first mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure — experience with both is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of containerization and distributed systems, with production experience in Kubernetes (required).
  • Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI or similar).
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (administration, performance tuning, backup/restore, high availability).
  • Experience with Redis in production (caching, session storage, pub/sub).
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture.
  • Experience working in high-availability SaaS environments.
  • Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, and incident management, including Grafana dashboards and alerting.
  • Experience collaborating with backend engineering teams.
  • Languages: fluent Spanish and professional English (both required).
  • We don’t expect you to master every tool listed above, but we do expect solid hands-on experience with at least one technology in each area: cloud provider (AWS / Azure), containers & orchestration, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and databases & caching.

Preferred

  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure requirements.
  • Experience with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of GitOps workflows.
  • Experience in multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure.
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python).
  • French — a huge plus (we can dream!).
