Maintenance Supervisor

Join Nexans as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will lead and develop the maintenance team, maximize equipment reliability and plant performance, ensure safe and efficient workforce execution, protect operational assets and product quality, and partner across the plant to manage contractors, maintenance inventory, projects, and environmental initiatives. You should have 3-5 years of manufacturing experience and 10 years of experience as a Millwright, Industrial Electrician, or Industrial Engineer.

Coordinating the preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment, surrounding land, and the building, as well as supervising the maintenance department.

• Leading, coaching, and developing the maintenance team, fostering a positive, accountable, high-performance culture.
• Maximizing equipment reliability and plant performance through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, rapid emergency response, and ongoing improvements.
