Join Arrcus as a Senior Technical Lead in Customer Solution Engineering. In this role, you will lead the qualification of complex customer deployment scenarios, own the technical resolution of high-priority customer escalations, and bridge the gap between field deployments, development, and product management. You will design multi-dimensional test architectures, guide junior engineers, and ensure production-readiness for next-generation networking use cases at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the qualification of ultra-complex customer deployment scenarios and own the technical resolution of high-priority customer escalations.
  • Bridge the gap between field deployments, Development and product management by leading the root-cause analysis and end-to-end resolution of critical customer network escalations.
  • Design multi-dimensional test architectures, guide junior engineers, and ensure production-readiness for next-generation networking use cases at scale.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10 to 15+ years of experience in system test engineering, customer solution engineering, or advanced technical support within the networking industry.
  • Strong architectural understanding of Layer 2, Layer 3, MPLS, and Multi-Service routing and switching protocols.
  • Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities under pressure, clear communication skills for executive and customer-facing discussions, and a collaborative leadership mindset
  • Deep domain knowledge in IPv4/IPv6/Multicast forwarding, MPLS VPNs, EVPN, and High Availability (HA) features
  • Expert-level hands-on experience with high-scale traffic generator equipment (Spirent / IXIA)
  • Programming & Frameworks: Strong command of Python , with a proven history of building or scaling robust test system
  • Advanced proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments for deep system and network troubleshooting
