• Design, implement, test, and deploy production-ready features with high correctness and low-latency requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and technically lead complex projects across teams, while identifying and implementing improvements for system performance.
• Proficiency in highly concurrent backend system development and intuitive API design

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience

• Demonstrated ability to deliver long-term impact on systems or team-wide architecture
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and mentor peers
• 3+ years designing and building large-scale, distributed, low-latency systems
