Senior Product Manager

Join Yubico, a leading provider of secure authentication solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Tools, Libraries, and Applications (TLA) that underpin many of our products and services. You will work closely with engineers, solutions engineers, and operations teams to translate complex business and technical requirements into a robust definition for our foundational tools, libraries, and applications. • Leadership & Acumen: Proven ability to act as a constructive challenger to highly technical engineering partners. Strong business and technical acumen with the confidence to debate architectural tradeoffs and act as a constructive challenger in deeply technical environments and manage competing priorities across geographically distributed teams
• Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align multi-disciplinary teams toward a unified vision
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in technical product management including development of large-scale internal tools
• Experience: 10+ years of progressively broadening product management experience, with a strong track record of shipping complex, enterprise-class hardware & manufacturing solutions
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Cryptographic Systems: Understanding of cryptographic systems, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), or Key Management Systems utilizing Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to diving deep into technical workflows alongside engineering teams
