Join Kaluza, the Energy Intelligence Platform, as a Senior Software Engineering Manager. You will operate in a high-integrity data domain and have a proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex initiatives. The position is based in London, Bristol, or Edinburgh, UK, and offers a salary of £100,000 – £125,000 plus a discretionary bonus.

Lead engineering across two GBPA domains through complex, ambiguous, cross-squad initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own technical and product strategy across both domains simultaneously, rather than handing strategy off to a single team.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Delivery, and adjacent engineering teams to align roadmap and trade-offs.
