Senior Full Stack Engineer (Core AI Services)

Design, develop, and scale AI-enabling platform services, agentic workflows, and public APIs that are secure, reliable, and cloud-native.

Responsibilities

• Drive feature implementation from design to production, taking ownership of code quality, performance, and system reliability.
• Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Hands-on experience with containerised deployments in Kubernetes

• Proficiency in using modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate daily engineering workflows
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, versioning, testing, and full lifecycle management

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of securing APIs (OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC) and implementing data privacy best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams across distributed global R&D locations
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of analysing complex technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions
• Proven ability to mentor colleagues and elevate team code quality
• 5–8+ years of software engineering experience across the full stack, with strong expertise in cloud-native backend development (.NET C# a plus) and modern web frameworks (Angular)
