Senior Model Developer (Client Education)

Join hyperexponential, an AI-powered platform revolutionizing the insurance industry. As a Senior Model Developer in Client Education, you'll work closely with customers, delivering workshops, reviewing code, and shaping the Developer+ program. You'll also collaborate with the Product team to ensure smooth adoption of new enhancements. This role requires a strong background in Python coding, excellent pricing and modeling judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Move customer teams from hx-led build to independent delivery, shifting effort from pairing toward review and advisory.
• Deliver structured enablement sessions — architecture, coding best practice, testing and deployment, model lifecycles — pitched at each team's level.
• Run code review as a consistent, standards-anchored service, evolving hx's model development standards where reviews expose gaps.
