Operations Associate (Compliance)

Join Lime as an Operations Associate in Compliance, where you'll play a key role in strengthening compliance, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across operations. You'll build advanced dashboards, analyze complex datasets, lead optimization initiatives, and develop a deep understanding of regulatory requirements. This is a warehouse-based position that requires an onsite presence during assigned business hours.

Responsibilities

• Construire et maintenir des tableaux de bord avancés et des outils de reporting pour fournir à la direction une visibilité en temps réel sur la performance opérationnelle.
• Analyser de grands ensembles de données complexes pour identifier les inefficacités, découvrir les opportunités manquées et développer des informations exploitables.
• Développer et maintenir une compréhension complète des exigences de conformité, des obligations réglementaires et des normes opérationnelles.
• The ideal candidate can balance tactical problem-solving with strategic thinking — embedding compliance into core operations, informing decision-making with actionable insights, and partnering closely with Operations

Requirements

• Excellent problem solving skills - you can solve complex problems in a logical and structured manner
• 1+ years of professional work experience; plus 1+ year of experience within an Operations position with a strong understanding of compliance is required

Experience leading teams or groups is required

• An organized individual who can work independently with tight deadlines in a multicultural environment
• Experience with G-sheets is required (SQL is a big plus)
• Fluent verbal and written English language skills

Excellent communication skills

• Work well under pressure - you must be able to handle competing demands and prioritize ruthlessly
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability to deliver precise and meaningful impact
• Stakeholder management experience preferred, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, align priorities, and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and compliance objectives
• Data driven in everything that you do - you must be very data centric and able to process and analyse data to solve problems, spot opportunities as well as performance trends
