Implementation Consultant

Join Thomson Reuters as an Implementation Consultant, where you will act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform. In this dynamic role, you will manage multiple projects, deliver training, customize applications, and collaborate with internal teams. You should have 5-8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing.

Act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform, managing several projects in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications, and deliver end-user and super-user training.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions
• Deliver end-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting
• Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications
• Bring 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing
• Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets
• Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management
• Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing
• Support pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients
• Resolve customer support issues effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations

Customizing and configuring applications to agreed specifications

• Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering within Thomson Reuters to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Assisting with pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and prospect scoping
• Designing, developing, and documenting project deliverables according to agreed customer timelines and budgets
• Resolving customer support issues in a timely and effective manner
• Hands-on involvement in application configuration, implementation, and testing
• Contributing to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines
• You're a strong fit for the role of Implementation Consultant if your background includes:
• Experience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects
• Working closely with key business teams, such as Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations
