Responsibilities

  • As a Technical Program Manager for System Behavior Analysis, you will play a crucial role in triaging driving events and software issues from our vehicle fleet and large-scale simulation.
  • You will work closely with various teams, drive triage accuracy and routing, measure and improve triage health, program-manage triage tooling and automation, manage intake and escalation, and plan commitments and capacity.
  • Enjoy a range of benefits including paid parental leave, health insurance, and a supportive work environment.
  • Drive triage accuracy and routing, run triage reviews, and ensure defects and issues are accurately classified and routed.
  • Measure and improve triage health by tracking key metrics and using them to flag risks early.
  • Program-manage triage tooling and automation, bringing requirements to the dedicated tools and automation team.
  • Tool-builder disposition: experience building light tooling to run your own program, and partnering with engineering to automate manual work
  • Data fluency: experience writing your own queries and dashboards on high-volume issue or operational data, and a track record of using metrics to change how work runs
  • Structure from ambiguity: a track record of breaking a complex or ambiguous problem or goal into workstreams, milestones and owners

Requirements

  • Stakeholder leadership and communication: proven ability to align teams without direct authority and give leadership clear, concise updates
  • Systems-Oriented Background: 3+ years in technical program management or engineering operations, with a systems mindset: you see a program and its hardware-software systems as connected parts, and trace how a change ripples upstream and downstream. Bachelor's in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

  • Autonomous vehicle, robotics or other safety-critical experience, ideally with simulation, log replay or regression testing
  • Experience program-managing internal tools or automation through to adoption
  • Python or SQL, plus Jira and Confluence
