Senior Technical Product Owner

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience managing Salesforce consultancies, delivery partners or technology vendors, including supplier performance, statements of work and service levels
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs, with the ability to review solutions and diagnose complex issues
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders and navigate competing priorities
• Experience governing Salesforce as an end-to-end business service, including support, releases, supplier-delivered change and technical debt
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Salesforce Product Lead or in a comparable role
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of administrators, developers, business analysts, architects and external specialists
• At least five years’ experience owning or leading Salesforce products, roadmaps and delivery within a business-critical environment
• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including data modelling, Flow, validation rules, security, permissions, reports and dashboards
• Proven line management experience, including coaching, objective setting, performance management and capability development
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Nexudus, Freshservice or comparable enterprise platforms
• Experience with Salesforce release management, DevOps or CI/CD tooling
• Salesforce, Product Owner, Product Management, Agile or Scrum certification
• You build credibility by understanding what stakeholders are trying to achieve, asking thoughtful questions and making clear decisions when priorities compete
• You’re someone who can move confidently between business strategy, delivery leadership and technical detail
• You’re comfortable constructively challenging senior stakeholders and explaining the reasoning behind product choices

Preferred

• Experience with Pardot, Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign or JustOn
• Recent hands-on experience with Apex or Lightning Web Components
