Senior TechOps Engineer

Join our team as a Senior TechOps Engineer, where you'll have the opportunity to build, improve, and own systems that are essential to our company's success. This role goes beyond traditional IT support, as you'll be involved in infrastructure as code, automation, and security.

Responsibilities

• You'll own various domains, lead and mentor others on the team, and help shape the team's roadmap.
• Additionally, you'll manage endpoint configuration, build automation, evaluate and support AI tooling, and actively own multiple companywide SaaS platforms.
• Participer à la rotation d'appel et prendre en charge la gestion des systèmes critiques de l'entreprise.

• Mobile device management for Apple devices (Iru, Intune, Workspace One etc.)
• Linear/Jira or other ticketing platforms

Requirements

• Experience managing, but also defining and leading the business with the proper use of critical central business systems
• Advanced usage of bash/python or other languages

Configuration as code (ex: terraform)

• Leveraging Claude Code, Codex or other tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions you are building
• 5+ years of experience supporting a large fleet of macOS devices
• Slack

Pay

USD 140,040 - 175,000
