Join Tabs, the AI Operating System for Revenue, as an Implementation Manager. In this role, you will lead the implementation and onboarding process for signed customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform. You will serve as a subject-matter expert in accounting systems, communicate complex concepts to finance teams, and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes. This is a crucial role for customer success and long-term adoption of Tabs.

You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building playbooks and processes from scratch. With deep expertise in accounting principles and technical systems, you’re comfortable getting hands-on with both finance concepts and integrations, and excel at designing and executing implementation plans

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations from start to finish, guiding customers through integrations with ERPs, CRMs, Tax, Payments, and other systems.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in accounting systems, communicating complex accounting concepts and Tabs’ platform functionality to customers.
  • Drive project management by managing requirements, setting clear timelines, and holding customers accountable to implementation milestones.

Requirements

  • You communicate clearly across audiences—whether CFOs, controllers, or engineers—balancing customer expectations and building trust. A strong problem-solver and project manager, you anticipate challenges, drive solutions, and manage multiple implementations to completion
  • Collaborative and accountable, you engage with professionalism and empathy to ensure collective success
  • Equally comfortable in accounting and technical environments, engaging with finance leaders, controllers, and technical teams
  • 4–6+ years in implementation or customer onboarding at early-stage startups, with demonstrated ability to work with imperfect solutions and collaborate closely with customers
  • Experience integrating ERPs such as NetSuite or Sage, ideally in a fintech or SaaS environment (nice to have)
  • Strong technical acumen, able to assess both a customer’s technical stack and Tabs’ product to design advanced workflows

Preferred

  • Background with finance and accounting software; Big Four or CPA certification a plus

Pay

USD 120,000 - 170,000
