Senior Test and Validation Engineer

Humanoid, a company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As a Senior Test and Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for bringing new hardware subsystems into a functional and integration-ready state.

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with various teams to diagnose unstable behavior, define parameters and models, and accelerate hardware maturity.
• Your role will involve designing and executing test procedures, building test fixtures, tuning and calibrating sensors, and analyzing test results.
• You will also collaborate with design engineers and support incoming quality control and assembly-level verification.
• Design, plan, and execute test procedures for actuators, mechanisms, grippers, and robotic hands.
• Build and maintain test fixtures and test rigs for dynamic and endurance testing.
• Develop automated test systems (hardware + software) to validate motor performance, force output, back drivability, and safety limits.
