Responsibilities

• Own the D2C acquisition strategy for the US and Mexico across paid social and search, driving volume and efficiency against ambitious incremental CAC targets.
• Lead the launch and scale of new high-potential channels while ensuring Meta, Google and TikTok maintain a best-in-class foundation from day one.
• Drive the performant creative engine: translate customer insights and winning patterns to inform clear, data-informed briefs for our external creator network, ensuring high-performing video content is produced at speed.
