Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager in our Defence team, you will own the end-to-end success of high-impact AI transformation programmes for UK Defence customers. You will collaborate with Defence stakeholders and technical teams to design innovative AI tools, manage project development cycles, and form strong relationships with senior stakeholders. This role requires a passion for AI in the Defence sector, a proven track record in professional services, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping and planning through to final implementation and user adoption.
• Collaborating side-by-side with Defence stakeholders and technical teams to design innovative AI tools that solve sensitive, real-world challenges.
• Managing project development cycles to ensure a rigorous delivery approach that provides maximum operational value to the customer.
