Android Core Product Tech Lead

Join our team as an Android Core Product Tech Lead, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our Android app, the most used text-to-speech app in the Play Store. You'll take ownership of major features, work closely with our design team, and participate in discussions across different teams. Responsibilities

• Assumer la responsabilité de la livraison de fonctionnalités de haute qualité dans l'application, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de conception.
• Participer activement aux discussions inter-équipes et soutenir les autres membres de l'équipe en examinant les demandes de tirage.
• Prendre en charge les versions de fonctionnalités et fournir des versions nocturnes pour l'équipe QA.
• Experience building or contributing to at least one Android app
• Self-drive to improve the app and codebase above and beyond what's outlined in the spec
• Rock solid experience with Kotlin, Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Background Services, Music Player Service, Android Animations, Jetpack Navigation, JUnit tests
• Driven with continuous feedback from leaders
• Drive to push the boundaries of Android UI/UX

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Familiarity with Android components
• User oriented problem solving approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of the importance of tests and how to approach writing tests
• Product design intuition and user empathy
• Experience building, maintaining, or otherwise contributing to open source projects in Android
• Experience with iOS, Web or NodeJS
