Information Administrator

Join Graphcore as an Information Administrator, where you'll enhance and manage our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Your role will involve configuring workflows, permissions, and system controls, as well as supporting users and resolving issues. Responsibilities

• Administrar y mejorar el sistema de gestión del ciclo de vida del producto (PLM), con responsabilidad en la gestión de documentos y el portal de estándares.
• Configurar flujos de trabajo, permisos y controles del sistema, y apoyar a los usuarios, resolver problemas y ayudar a entregar actualizaciones y mejoras del sistema.
• Mantener la información del producto precisa, rastreable, accesible y alineada con la documentación controlada en toda la empresa.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or similar technical and operational teams
• Understanding of product data, revisions, engineering change, release control, workflows, and governance

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering PLM, document management, operational, or other business-critical systems
• Strong capability in user administration, access control, issue resolution, data quality, and controlled information management
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently, with strong attention to detail and clear stakeholder communication
• Experience of BOM (Bill Of Materials) structures

Preferred

• Experience with Arena PLM, Cognidox, Accuris, system integrations, reporting, upgrades, or data migrations would be valuable
