Business Development Representative

Join Runway, a leading AI-powered creative suite, as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will partner with our Enterprise and Mid Market account executives to identify and engage high-potential accounts, refine our outbound strategy, and create pipeline with innovative brands and technology companies. You will have meaningful ownership and the opportunity to influence prospecting and account development at Runway. Additionally, you may have the chance to run and close smaller SMB deals, gaining exposure to the full sales cycle.

• Identifying, researching, and engaging high-potential accounts to generate qualified pipeline.
• Developing thoughtful outbound campaigns across email, phone, and other channels, and crafting compelling messaging.
• Partnering closely with the GTM Sales team to research and prioritize target accounts, and sharing feedback from prospects.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• A research-driven and thoughtful approach to outreach and account development
• Experience selling into creative teams, marketing organizations, or mid market and enterprise accounts
• Experience in a sales development, customer-facing, or growth role
• Experience running discovery or closing smaller deals
