Finance Operations Internship (Fall 2026)

Join our Finance team as a Finance Operations Intern for a 6-month full-time internship. You will gain hands-on experience in various finance activities, including revenue operations, billing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This internship is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with an interest in finance operations and digital tools. You will support invoicing and billing operations, provide customer support, analyze invoice processing flows, implement AI-driven process improvements, and assist the Finance team with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support invoicing and billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of invoices.
• Provide customer support by email, responding to customer requests related to billing and invoicing.
• Analyze invoice processing flows to identify bottlenecks and propose practical improvement ideas.

Requirements

• Is curious about process improvement, automation, digitalization, and the practical use of AI in finance operations
• Has good written communication skills and can respond professionally to customer inquiries
• Has a background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Is fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and structured processes

Preferred

• Is comfortable working with Excel; knowledge of financial systems, CRM tools, Power BI, or automation tools is a plus
