As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth people processes as the company scales. Your responsibilities will include onboarding, compliance, HRIS data management, payroll coordination, benefits management, employee support, employee relations, and project involvement. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in People Ops or HR Ops, a good working knowledge of UK employment law, and hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Administering onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and changes, probation, and leave and absence across all countries.
- Overseeing background screening, and keeping policies up to date as employment laws change.
- Maintaining HRIS data accuracy, building workflows that cut down on manual admin, and coordinating payroll-related administration.
