Senior Platform/Dev Ops Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Platform Enablement / DevOps Engineer. In this role, you will lead the design, scalability, reliability, and evolution of our enterprise developer platform and cloud-native delivery ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, security, cloud, and architecture teams to improve platform capabilities and developer workflows. The ideal candidate has strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, cloud engineering, or related roles, with a deep understanding of Kubernetes, Terraform, and observability solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, scalability, reliability, and evolution of the enterprise developer platform and cloud-native delivery ecosystem.
• Architect, build, and evolve scalable platform engineering and DevOps solutions for enterprise engineering teams, including modern CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
• Drive platform standardization, automation, reliability, and self-service engineering capabilities, and establish observability standards and operational excellence.
• Kubernetes & Helm

Kargo / ArgoCD

• Experience with build and dependency tooling such as Gradle, Poetry, and UV

Requirements

• The ideal candidate has strong experience building enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms, Kubernetes ecosystems, Infrastructure as Code, observability solutions, and developer enablement capabilities
• Strong experience with multi-cloud infrastructure:
• Extensive experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or related roles

Terraform / Terraform Enterprise

• Strong scripting/programming experience with Python, Kotlin, Bash, or similar languages
• Strong understanding of Linux internals, networking, distributed systems, and platform reliability engineering
