Design System Designer

Join our Design System team as a Senior Product Designer, where you'll play a key role in evolving our design system and creating a coherent product experience across our brands. You'll work closely with engineers, support design work from problem framing to documentation, and contribute to AI-assisted design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evoluer le système de design, en aidant les designers et les ingénieurs à concevoir et à construire avec plus de cohérence, de qualité et de rapidité.
• Concevoir et faire évoluer des composants, des modèles et des fondations réutilisables au sein du système de design, en réduisant la duplication et en améliorant la cohérence.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les ingénieurs sur la stratégie des tokens et le lien pratique entre Figma et le code de production.
• Strong technical fluency: you understand how your decisions translate into code, and work with engineers as a peer, not a handoff
• Comfortable with AI-assisted tools, with an interest in applying them in practical ways to improve speed, quality and consistency
• Strong communicator, able to justify design system decisions to stakeholders who don't share your priorities, and bring other designers along rather than dictate to them

Requirements

• Sharp judgment on trade-offs: when to enforce consistency, when to allow exceptions
• Experience running or contributing to a contribution model, or a clear point of view on how you'd build one
• Proven experience designing and maintaining a design system at scale, not just documenting one
• Experience working in Figma, including component libraries, variables and tokens, alongside experience with built or coded prototypes
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product and systems thinking, with evidence of shipped impact, not just documented patterns
• Experience working closely with engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes
