  • Update and improve runbooks based on recurring issues to strengthen team processes and reduce repeat escalations.
  • Support Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and external partners with data-backed responses, clearly explaining discrepancies, pacing issues, and integration behavior.
  • Comfort participating in an on-call rotation and managing time-sensitive, partner-facing issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a solutions, technical support, or operations role, ideally within AdTech or a related industry
  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising concepts (OpenRTB, header bidding, DSP/SSP, S2S integrations) and core AdTech metrics (fill rate, bid rate, win rate, render rate, discrepancies)
  • Ability to read code and write small scripts or queries to support analysis and debugging
  • Experience validating REST APIs and troubleshooting tag/pixel implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
