Full-Stack Software Engineer (Alternatives Data Management)

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code.
• Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery, collaborating with product managers on product requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance, and promote best engineering practices.
• Excel at written and verbal communication

Requirements

• Track record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery
• Extensive software engineering experience
• Experience with gen AI for coding
• Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems
• Experience with object-oriented programming
• Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred

• Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably Terraform
• Experience with AWS or another cloud platform
• Experience with financial services or wealth management operations
