Technical Project Coordinator

Join DeepHealth as a Technical Project Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and tracking healthcare IT and clinical AI project delivery. You will maintain project plans, facilitate cross-functional communication, manage project documentation, and support readiness activities to ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and operational requirements. This position requires strong project coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools.

Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with DeepHealth guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and tracking healthcare IT and clinical AI project delivery from kickoff through go-live, including maintaining project plans and milestones.
• Facilitating cross-functional communication across Software Engineering, Product Management, Clinical Specialists, and Client Operations, and managing project documentation and action items.
• Monitoring progress against milestones, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks, and escalating risks and issues to project leadership.
• Follows all local, regional and country laws concerning employment
• Promotes good public relations on the phone and in person

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management, preferably in healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize discussions into concise, actionable summaries (required)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders (required)
• Preferred: Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development environment
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required)
• Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required)
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail when managing multiple overlapping tasks and projects (required)
• Preferred: CAPM, PMP, or active progress toward a project management credential
• Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner
