Senior Product Manager

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager, where you'll lead a dedicated cross-functional team and own top-line business growth for two of our largest categories. You'll be responsible for setting the product strategy and roadmap, building and running a continuous experimentation program, and improving the end-to-end customer experience. Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated cross-functional team to own top-line business growth and a strategic roadmap for two of the company's largest categories.
• Build and run a continuous experimentation program, maintaining a prioritized hypothesis backlog and keeping multiple tests in flight.
• Set the product strategy and roadmap for the team, sequencing work according to expected impact and making tradeoffs.

Requirements

• An established practice of working with AI agents in your day-to-day product work, and a clear point of view on what that changes about how teams operate and what products should be
• Strong communication and a low-ego, high-EQ style. You build alignment, partner well across functions, and bring people with you.Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment
• 5+ years of product management experience, including several years in a growth, funnel, or monetization role where you owned business metrics
• Deep fluency in experimentation and data
