You will collaborate closely with product, compliance, client, platform teams, and external partners to deliver impactful technical solutions.

Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services and infrastructure across Robinhood Wallet, Tokenization, and Web3 platform systems, ensuring correctness and auditability.

Responsibilities

  • Build the connective tissue between traditional market infrastructure (brokerage, ledgers, corporate actions) and on-chain systems, including smart contract integrations, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows.

Requirements

  • Interest in blockchain fundamentals—EVM, smart contracts, wallets, on-chain settlement—or a strong appetite to go deep quickly
  • Expertise in backend development using languages such as Go, Python, or Java, with a solid grasp of cloud-native architectures

2+ years of experience in software development

  • Strong grasp of system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals
  • Care for correctness-critical systems—idempotency, reconciliation, and reasoning carefully about failure modes when money is at stake
