Engineering Manager (Robot Data Visualization)

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap across two primary product lines - deep single-vehicle introspection tools and fleet-wide analytics platforms.
• Architect strategies to push browser performance boundaries, handling complex 3D rendering, time-series data, video streaming, and multi-layered map assets.

Requirements

• Engineering Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing, recruiting, and developing high-performing software engineering teams
• Technical Background: 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in complex, data-intensive web applications or developer tooling
• Browser Performance Expertise: Direct experience or leadership in pushing browser execution limits (client-side memory management, WebGL/Three.js execution, WebAssembly, or large data streaming)
• Product & UX Focus: Strong dedication to technical user experience and intuitive UI design for developer workflows
