Operational Excellence Project Manager

• 2–5 years of experience in a demanding environment, ideally in a startup, scale-up, operations, engineering, or a similarly hands-on role.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and digital tools.
• Fluent English. French is strongly preferred, German is a plus.

Preferred

• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents, workflow automation (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier), project management tools (e.g. Notion, Linear, Asana), or basic coding/scripting.
