Web Marketing Program Coordinator

Join Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, as a Web Marketing Program Coordinator. In this remote role, you'll manage high-velocity workstreams across teams, ensuring coordination and communication. You'll run the operating rhythm, keep the roadmap visible, groom the backlogs, track and chase action items, escalate blockers, support launch coordination, and report to leadership. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience in marketing program management, strong meeting facilitation skills, and proficiency in project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the weekly SEO/AEO/CRO meeting and keep web team standup mechanics tight: agendas, notes, and action tracking.
• Assemble the written web updates broadcast to cross-functional stakeholders and help prioritize incoming work with input from workstream owners.
• Follow up on action items across workstreams so nothing silently stalls and deliver a weekly one-page status report to leadership.
