As the Lead Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will take ownership of shift-based engineering operations, drive planned preventative maintenance, and guide a talented team of engineers. You will also champion site safety standards, collaborate with operational teams, and utilize continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Engineering team on shift, overseeing training programs, managing schedules, and contributing to performance reviews.
  • Utilize the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan, track, and manage all preventative maintenance activities.
  • Champion site safety standards by completing regular factory audits and managing contractor control using Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) processes.
