Senior Labour Relations Manager

Join MPB, the largest global platform for used photography and videography equipment. As a Senior Labour Relations Manager, you will manage the relationship with our Works Council, lead negotiations, and provide expertise on German employment law. You will be a trusted advisor for our Senior People Business Partner and People Advisor, and support wider Berlin office projects. This role requires experience in Works Council relationships, strong knowledge of German employment law, and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the Betriebsrat, lead negotiations on Betriebsvereinbarungen, and become the main point of expertise on co-determination.
• Build the way MPB engages with the Works Council, ensuring every proposal that reaches them is well prepared and consistent.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for the Senior People Business Partner and People Advisor, partnering on complex and sensitive matters.
