Enterprise Account Executive

Join Plaid, a leading fintech company, as an Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you will own a curated territory of high-potential named accounts, build executive relationships, and lead full-cycle sales. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and help define Plaid's enterprise go-to-market strategy in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Construire et exécuter un plan de territoire pour des comptes nommés, en priorisant un petit nombre de comptes à forte valeur chaque trimestre.
• Établir des relations au niveau exécutif et diriger le processus de vente complet, de la prospection à la négociation commerciale.
• Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour structurer des accords multi-produits et assurer une transition fluide vers la gestion des comptes.
• A passion for fintech and a pulse on the market

Requirements

• Experience selling a technical solution to a business buyer and building a value story at executive level
• Experience navigating complex procurement including security, legal and regulatory review
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset and comfort operating in a high-growth environment
• Proven ability to build a named-account territory and generate your own pipeline
• 7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience, with 3+ years focused on enterprise accounts

Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Track record of closing net-new deals of £150k+ ACV with multiple stakeholders and an executive sponsor
• Experience selling into regulated financial services buyers in the UK/EU
• Experience expanding a single-product relationship into a multi-product platform partnership
• Fluency in a second European language
