Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to ship high-quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational health.
• Partner with product to set your team's roadmap, and bring a strong point of view on what developers need.
• Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems that have to stay reliable as usage grows.
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems in production, with the technical depth to guide architecture and API design
• Experience leading teams that ship quickly while maintaining a high quality bar
• A product-minded and customer-oriented approach, with experience shaping roadmaps alongside product partners

• Ability to collaborate across functions and align teams you do not manage
• Experience managing high-performing software engineering teams shipping developer products, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Experience building agent infrastructure or products on top of LLMs
• Experience with identity, verification, access control, or trust and safety systems
