Lead Project Manager

Join Celonis as a Lead Project Manager, where you will support end-to-end implementations of our technology across our largest and most strategic customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Value Engineering to deploy our platform, identify business value opportunities, and create tailored solutions. You will manage the client relationship, lead project governance, and drive continuous improvement. Relevant experience in delivering complex projects with data-driven solutions and a passion for operational excellence are highly appreciated.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Celonis’ technology for strategic customers, ensuring quality and impact throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with Sales, Partners, and Value Engineering to identify business value opportunities, create tailored solutions, and enable sustainable value realization.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, leading project governance, reporting on progress, risks, and value opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, onshore/offshore teams, and various clients stakeholder groups, from operational to executive levels
• Proven track record of strong leadership and communication, with the strategic thinking to support decision-making both internally and with the customer
• A passion for operational excellence: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering tangible business value
• Proven experience managing complex projects with both business and technical dimensions, in a consulting or professional services environment
• Demonstrated expertise in pre-sales collaboration, opportunity qualification and proposal development

Preferred

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile/Scrum, PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma) are appreciated
• Experience in delivering complex projects with data driven solutions for supply chain and core business processes optimization is highly appreciated
• Experience in leading AI or machine learning projects is highly appreciated
