Business Operations Analyst

Join our fast-paced startup as a Business Operations Manager. In this role, you will be at the center of planning, allocating, and forecasting work across the organization. You will build and own the systems, models, and reporting that make our shift to AI-assisted operations possible. This position requires fluency with data and automation tools, sharp attention to detail, and good judgment about strategy and performance. You will work directly with senior leadership and have a significant impact on the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les systèmes et les processus qui planifient et allouent le travail au sein de l'organisation, en construisant et en maintenant les modèles qui orientent le travail de manière efficace.
• Construire et maintenir des rapports qui offrent à la direction une vue claire, précise et en temps réel de la performance de l'entreprise, en détectant les anomalies.
• Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux processus, aux flux de travail et aux systèmes, afin d'améliorer l'exactitude et l'efficacité à mesure que l'entreprise évolue.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading the build or overhaul of an operational system, including the change management needed to get a team to adopt it

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in business operations, analytics, or finance, ideally in a start-up or technology-forward environment, with a track record of actually building and running a system. Experience owning forecasting, billing, or resource-planning is a strong plus
• Detail Orientation: A track record of getting the numbers right the first time
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with senior leadership and translate technical or data-heavy work into clear recommendations
• Systems Thinking: Able to see how planning, allocation, forecasting, and billing connect, and to design solutions that account for the whole picture rather than one piece of it
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level Excel/Sheets (formulas, modeling, automation/scripting), plus working proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Looker). Comfort using AI tools like Claude Cowork
