Payroll Manager

Join Policy Expert, a rapidly growing insurance company, as a Payroll Manager. In this role, you will own the end-to-end payroll operation, ensuring accurate and timely payments for all colleagues. You will work closely with Finance and other teams to maintain smooth payroll processes, compliance, and robust controls. You will also have the opportunity to challenge existing processes and find more efficient ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payroll process, from gathering and validating data to processing changes and hitting every deadline.
• Oversee salary increments, pension contributions, overtime, public holiday pay and other payroll-related calculations.
• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reports, analyse payroll data, and investigate discrepancies.
