Software Engineer

Join our team as a Software Engineer, where you will design and develop scalable, service-oriented software architectures. You will drive the development of robust web applications, produce well-structured and maintainable code, and contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally to deliver scalable and resilient applications aligned with business needs. You should have a strong background in full-stack development, proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and PostgreSQL, and experience with cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, service-oriented software architectures, and drive the development of robust web applications.
• Produce well-structured, maintainable code using modern design patterns and principles, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable and resilient applications aligned with business needs, leveraging emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered
• Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, agile development environments, contributing to team planning, execution, and continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving mindset, initiative, and creativity in approaching new challenges
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, real-world technical challenges and innovate with large-scale data sets
• Hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong background in full-stack development, building scalable, high-performance applications
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, data structures, and algorithms, with experience designing maintainable, resilient, and high-performance systems
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and PostgreSQL; experience with any cloud such as GCP or Azure, Snowflake, GitHub Copilot is a plus
• Full-stack development expertise across UI, microservices architecture, and database technologies
