Events Associate

Join ServiceTitan as an Events Associate, where you'll provide comprehensive support for various event types, including tradeshows, field marketing events, and customer programs. You'll play a key role in planning and executing our event programs, overseeing logistical tasks, managing departmental swag and show supplies, and utilizing event software. Responsibilities

• Assister à la coordination et à l'organisation d'une large gamme d'événements pour garantir leur mise en œuvre réussie.
• Exécuter des tâches logistiques et de coordination pour les salons professionnels et les événements auxquels l'entreprise participe.
• Prendre en charge et superviser l'utilisation des logiciels d'événements, y compris Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello et Cvent.

Requirements

Tech-savvy with a goal-driven attitude

• Willingness to engage in physical tasks typical of event roles, such as setting up booths, moving supplies, etc
• Collaborative team-player with a customer-service mindset and high energy
• Meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to project management
• At least 2 years of experience in event management and/or production
• Exceptional communication skills combined with strong organizational capabilities
• Demonstrates resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities
