Solutions Consultant (OT Integrations)

MaintainX as a Solutions Consultant specializing in operational technology (OT) integrations. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to connect MaintainX to various systems that run machines. You will be responsible for running OT discovery, demoing OT connectors, scoping integrations, and partnering with Solutions Architects on custom OT work.

Responsibilities

• Assurer la connexion des technologies opérationnelles (OT) aux systèmes de l'entreprise, en démontrant les connecteurs OT en direct.
• Diriger les découvertes OT avec les équipes opérationnelles et de contrôle, puis cartographier leurs sources de données vers le bon connecteur.
• Collaborer avec les équipes d'implémentation et de services professionnels pour définir l'intégration et garantir sa mise en œuvre.
• Ability to explain data flows to an operations manager and an IT lead in the same meeting, and adjust to each

Requirements

• This position requires strong communication skills in English and may involve travel for customer on-sites.
• Working knowledge of OT data sources such as SCADA, historians, PLCs or industrial gateways
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role: solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, implementation, integrations or similar

Preferred

• Experience designing or supporting API-based integrations, data workflows or automation
• Hands-on with Ignition, Kepware, MQTT or OPC UA
• Experience with integration tools such as Workato, Boomi, or Zapier, or ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Background in condition-based or predictive maintenance
